Cooking Courses

All of these courses have been designed and delivered by Tatiana at the Central Coast Community College Ourimbah campus. They usually start on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and finish at 3:30pm with lunch included. The lessons are always hands on, great fun and at the end of the day; you get to take home the fruits of your labour. |

French patisserie is a culinary art where beauty is as important as taste. In this journey to sweets heaven, you will make the most succulent Tarts, galette des Rois, luscious Profiteroles, crème caramel and bavarois.
